Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a high-energy Store Manager for its first retail store at Mall of America, charged with turning online energy into a premium on-the-floor experience. You will own talent acquisition, team culture, P&L, operations, and customer experience, acting as the CEO of your four walls while coaching a diverse team to deliver consistent, elevated service.

Responsibilities span recruitment, performance management, inventory, visual standards, and in-store activations; this role requires

Qualifications

• 6+ years of retail management experience; 2+ years in high-volume operations.
• Proven experience managing a full P&L and hitting aggressive KPI targets.
• Direct experience in recruitment and talent development.
• Comfortability with social media content creation and public brand representation.
• Must be available for peak retail periods including Black Friday and the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle store management from recruitment to P&L.
• Provide real-time coaching on the sales floor and uphold brand vibe.
• Manage P&L, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and on-time replenishment.
• Drive social media content and in-store activations to boost foot traffic.
