Job summary

Fabletics is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Mall of America location in Bloomington, MN. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-store and online touchpoints.

You’ll manage daily activities, train associates, and ensure merchandising standards while maintaining safety and inventory controls. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities and fitness trends is beneficial.
• Ability to engage customers and lead a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and leadership team in driving sales and operations.
• Lead and train store associates to engage customers and execute store activities.
• Oversee daily store activities to align with company goals and standards.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
