Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver a personalized, memorable in-store experience. You will act as a key leader on duty, assist with daily operations, and help teammates grow their product knowledge.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and in-store shopping experiences.
• Serve as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing training activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team.
• Maintain store upkeep and follow loss prevention standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.
