Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of retail experience with a preference for store leadership. A flexible schedule and a valid driver’s license are often required for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and different locations.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Store Manager; execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals; support others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external community relationships to grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Promote ongoing education and training participation.
• Maintain store maintenance, loss prevention standards, and price accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as required.
