The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts® and guide customers on lifelong wellness. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and foster continuous education within the team.

You will be involved in recruiting and developing talent, maintaining store standards, and building community relationships to grow sales. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a commitment to wellness with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varying locations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years of retail experience; retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the Store Manager with execution of store plans and goals.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity targets while helping teammates.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external community relationships to grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support company-driven training and ongoing learning activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, ensure loss prevention, and price accuracy of products.
• Be prepared to take on additional duties as needed.
