Job summary

This role requires 3–5 years of retail experience, preferred retail management, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule (including holidays and weekends).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, locations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly support Store Manager and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external community relationships to grow sales.
