Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Health Enthusiasts in guiding customers on lifelong wellness in Las Vegas. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

You will develop talent, maintain store standards, and contribute to community relations while supporting company training initiatives and life-long wellness goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varying locations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the Store Manager to execute with excellence.
• Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Assist with recruiting and developing top talent.
• Foster external community relationships to grow sales.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Support continuous education and company training initiatives.
• Maintain store maintenance, LP standards, pricing and receipts handling.
• Perform additional duties as required.
