Job summary

Qualifications

• One-year verifiable vocational rehabilitation experience or training AND a high school diploma or GED OR Two years of experience in a social services related position.
• Ability to facilitate curriculum-based group activities and crisis intervention when needed.
• Strong documentation and charting skills per departmental policy.

Responsibilities

• Implements and organizes the delivery of services within the group setting.
• Facilitate groups using a curriculum-based program to address development of living, learning social and working environments.
• Maintains program statistics for evaluation and research.
• Develops and maintains a network of appropriate contacts within the agency.
• Provides input in meetings pertaining to Day Programs and participates in staffings and committees.
