Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent and valid driver license with reliable transportation.
• Lived experience as a person in recovery is required.
• Experience or training in recovery-based practices and confidentiality.
• CPRM or State Certification preferred within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and role modeling to promote recovery and community integration.
• Advocate for services and supports via PCP process to promote wellness and self-help strategies.
• Maintain required documentation within specified timeframes.
• Participate in trainings, supervision sessions, and continue education on Evidence Based Practices.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to policies of regulatory bodies.
