• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to staffing needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule employees to fill open shifts and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Respond to call-outs, schedule changes, and last-minute staffing needs.
• Contact available per diem, part-time, or full-time caregivers to fill vacancies.
• Communicate staffing updates with supervisors, managers, and staff.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with tracking overtime, shift coverage, and attendance.
• Maintain updated contact lists for employees and per diem staff.
• Document schedule adjustments and staffing activities.
• Provide administrative support related to staffing and scheduling.
