Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center seeks a dedicated professional to deliver and coordinate health and wellness programs for corporate clients and members. You will manage scheduling, delivery, and follow-up for classes, coordinate Health Quotient lab activities, and lead wellness ambassadors onsite.

Responsibilities include tracking program data, supporting incentive programs, assisting with new services, handling inquiries, and promoting monthly wellness content.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CRT-Child Passenger Safe (CPS) / NCPSB certification is required or must be completed per program.
• Preferred Associate's Degree in a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health and wellness programming, scheduling, delivery and follow-up for classes and services.
• Support wellness incentive programs, promotions, registration and data tracking.
• Assist with new program development and with front-line communications (phone, mail, email).
• Maintain participant communication to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
• Support health screening activities and assist with monthly promotions and content distribution.
• Actively participate with PH Wellness team to achieve department and organizational goals.

Education
