Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield Center is seeking a wellness program coordinator to ensure timely delivery of health and wellness services, develop and deliver presentations, and manage health screening and promotional activities. You will lead education sessions, track data, and support program expansion for employer groups and members.

The role involves coordinating incentives, communicating with participants, and representing PH Wellness at events while administering the HealthFit Discount

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CRT-Child Passenger Safe certification required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, delivery and follow-up for health/wellness classes.
• Conduct wellness education classes/services for corporate clients.
• Assist with wellness incentive program: promotion, registration, tracking, distribution.
• Support creation and development of new programs for employers and members.
• Handle front line calls, daily mail and email; follow up.
• Maintain communication with participants to ensure satisfaction and ongoing relationships.
• Assist with Health screening activities as needed.
• Create and distribute monthly promotions (newsletter, flyers, emails).
• Represent PH Wellness at events, internal/external committees and functions.
• Administer the HealthFit Discount program; evaluate opportunities and coordinate contracts.

Education
