Job summary

The Program Coordinator in Institutional Health & Wellness at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center supports the Program Director in planning, organizing, and executing campus wellness events for students and employees. Creativity, project management, and strong organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

You will collaborate with TTUHSC campuses and external partners to deliver engaging wellness programs, maintain inventories, and coordinate travel for events, with day

Qualifications

• High school diploma with six years related experience; higher education may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• Bachelor's degree in business/management/project management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and managing the Wellness Center and related rooms.
• Travel to TTUHSC campuses for events as needed (day trips).
• Communicate clearly with attendees at wellness events and centers.
• Use MS Office to report data metrics and outcomes.
• Plan events and coordinate with vendors or hosts for services.
• Become certified in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA).
• Educate others on the nine dimensions of wellness to guide resources.
• Maintain inventory and keep storage areas organized.
