Job summary

Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate Wellness Assistant to support resident engagement in memory care. This full-time role focuses on creating meaningful, person-centered experiences for older adults in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The Wellness Assistant will lead activities, document participation, and collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and staff to foster a vibrant, inclusive environment. Join us to help residents age joyfully and with purpose.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare life enrichment programming preferred.
• Ability to lead creative, meaningful, and resident-centered programs.
• Compassionate, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented.

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.
• Complete activity participation documentation records as required.

Lifetime Wellness is seeking a compassionate, creative, Full-Time Wellness Assistant to join our team to support resident engagement in our Memory Care! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful, engaging, and person-centred experiences for older adults in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The Wellness Assistant is responsible for assisting in leading programs that support the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, vocational and spiritual well-being of residents. This position works closely with residents, families, community partners, and team members to create a vibrant and purposeful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group and individual activities that promote quality of life, social connection, independence, and personal fulfillment.

Full time position, 40 hours, Tuesday through Saturday schedule
