Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest seeks a Health Management Consultant to drive health and well-being programs for client organizations. You will manage a client book, shape wellness objectives, and develop innovative programs with engaging materials.

You will research vendors, collaborate with the Wellness Coordinator, and work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or wellness program management.
• BA/BS in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Physiology, or related health/wellness field, or RN/PA-C credential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships.
• Experience in developing and executing wellness programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of health and well-being for clients.
• Maintain a client book of business and manage wellness program objectives.
• Develop and execute innovative wellness programs and collateral.
• Create engaging presentations and research wellness vendors.
• Collaborate with the Wellness Coordinator to manage client projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
