Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Health Management Intern program welcomes students pursuing health and wellness fields to contribute to seminars and client campaigns. You’ll gain exposure to risk management concepts, work on real projects, and learn from a variety of teams within Employer Services.

The internship focuses on building foundational skills for client management and sales, offering meaningful work experiences and opportunities to network with professionals across MMA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in health and wellness-related fields such as dietetics/nutrition management, kinesiology, health promotion, or public health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organization skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently, with professional conduct and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating content for seminars and webinars and support communication campaigns.
• Participate in meetings and trainings to learn the Health Management consulting process.
• Develop professional skills and apply classroom concepts through project work and client interaction.
