Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking a Health Management Consultant to promote a culture of health for clients, manage wellness program objectives, and develop engaging presentations. You will maintain a client book of business and collaborate with a Wellness Coordinator to deliver effective programs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Employee Benefits or wellness program management, a health-related degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or wellness program management.
• BA/BS in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Physiology, or related health/wellness field, or RN/PA-C credential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships.
• Experience in developing and executing wellness programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a client book of business and manage wellness program objectives.
• Create presentations and collateral; research wellness vendors.
• Collaborate with Wellness Coordinator to manage client projects.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution and build client relationships.
• Develop and implement innovative wellness programs.
