Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Communication, Nursing or related field required.
• Knowledge of lifestyle-related chronic diseases and integrative health principles.
• Experience organizing and analyzing program data, including charts, tables, and reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport with employees.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide employees through the WellU program and enrollment.
• Monitor Health Risk Assessment dashboards and ensure timely follow-up on high-risk results.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external wellness providers for a seamless employee experience.
• Promote the WellU program through channels and events; organize wellness fairs and workshops.
• Collect feedback and prepare reports on program utilization and outcomes.
