Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks a Wellness Navigator to support employees with WellU program enrollment and tailored wellness planning. You will work closely with the Osher Center for Integrative Health to guide participants and coordinate access to services.

Responsibilities include monitoring HRA data, scheduling orientations, and promoting wellness activities. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Communication, Nursing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience organizing program data and producing charts/reports for evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support employees in navigating WellU program and benefits.
• Coordinate Health Risk Assessment enrollment and follow up.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Coordinate with internal/external wellness providers for seamless service.
• Promote WellU via email, events, and outreach activities.
• Collect feedback and prepare reports on program utilization and outcomes.
• Collaborate with program leadership to align initiatives.
