Job summary

University of Utah's Osher Center for Integrative Health is seeking a program support role for the WellU initiative. You will guide employees, coordinate Health Risk Assessments, enroll participants, tailor care plans, and connect them with resources to improve wellbeing.

You'll promote the WellU program across channels, maintain records, generate reports, and collaborate with the wellness leadership to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health/administrative field.
• Experience creating charts, tables, and reports for program evaluation.
• Knowledge of lifestyle-related chronic diseases and behavior change principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HRA dashboards and follow up on participant needs.
• Assist employees in navigating the WellU program and enroll participants.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and develop personalized wellness plans.
• Coordinate with departments and providers to ensure seamless services.
• Promote WellU through channels and organize wellness events.
• Maintain program records and prepare utilization/outcome reports.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to align initiatives.
