Job summary

WebMD Health Services is seeking a Well-being Program Coordinator to partner with a client’s health promotion team and deliver on-site wellness coaching to eligible participants. You will raise awareness of the program and WebMD products while driving participant engagement and value delivery.

You will collaborate with HR, Benefits, and site leadership, coordinate screenings and events, track participation, and provide reporting to support continuous improvement in outcomes and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
2 years wellness/coaching or client-facing health experience.
Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite wellness initiatives and annual engagement strategies.
Coordinate health screenings, challenges, sessions, and events.
Build relationships with HR, Benefits, and site leadership.
Track participation and analyze trends; report findings.
