Arketa, a fast-growing wellness platform, is hiring a Customer Support Advocate to be the single point of contact for our partners across chat, email, and Zoom. You will guide Partners through Arketa's features, resolve issues, and advocate for their needs to shape the product roadmap.

This non-exempt role requires 1–2 years in customer support, excellent written communication, and the ability to juggle multiple inquiries.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in a customer support or frontline ops role in a high-volume environment.
• Impeccable written communication; clear, warm, concise in chat/email.
• Ability to balance inbound chats, calls, and emails while handling multiple resolutions.

Mansioni

• Own each Partner interaction start to finish across chat, email and Zoom.
• Guide Partners through Arketa features and resolve issues quickly on first contact.
• Advocate for Partners by feeding insights back to Product, Engineering and CX.
• Collaborate across Stakeholders to unblock common issues and improve the experience.
• Maintain Arketa voice and accuracy in all responses from your end.
