Arketa is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Phoenix, AZ to be the first line of contact for Studios, gyms, and wellness providers using Arketa. You will own inquiries from start to finish, guide Partners through features, and resolve issues across chat, email, and Zoom with empathy and efficiency.

The role requires weekend and overnight availability, in-office five days a week, and a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional Partner experience.

Formación

• 1–2 years in a Customer Support or similar role in a high-volume environment.
• Impeccable written communication, able to explain complex things clearly, warmly, and concisely in chat/email.
• Ability to balance inbound chats, calls, and email inquiries while prioritizing resolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own each Partner interaction start to finish across chat, email, and Zoom calls.
• Manage scheduled hours, stay available and engaged with the queue.
• Own the resolution, not just the response, and confirm fixes landed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations to unblock issues.
• Becomes an Arketa expert and advocate for Partners internally to improve features.
