Job summary

StoryPoint Group seeks a Wellness Team Supervisor to oversee care staff in assisted living and memory care, ensuring residents receive compassionate, personalized assistance.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to care standards while managing schedules and safety protocols. A healthcare background and leadership experience are preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years Leadership Experience.
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or geriatrics is preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to care staff, including monitoring performance and documenting actions.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure staff follow care plans and standards.
• Verify staff hours, manage scheduling and coverage within budget.
• Perform safety and infection control checks and support community health.
• Maintain documentation per company policies and complete staff training.
