StoryPoint Group seeks a Wellness Director to direct clinical resident care services and coordinate the 1440 experience across our community. You will lead the wellness team, manage revenue and ensure high-quality care within regulatory guidelines.

The role requires RN/LPN licensure with CDP eligibility, strong leadership, and the ability to solve complex issues while building relationships with residents, families, and partners. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license registered in the state preferred.
• CDP certification required prior to or within 90 days of hire.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and financials successfully.
• Proven high performer.
• Ability to work through complex issues and problem solve.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the wellness team and performance.
• Oversee revenue for Wellness, Evaluations, Care Conferences and Service Plans at the right price with the right staff.
• Coordinate Alzheimer's and Dementia program activities.
• Implement and lead the 1440 care standards.
• Communicate organizational, community and wellness goals clearly to staff and residents.
• Foster partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
