Job summary

CorsoCare Personal Care at Independence Village of Plymouth is seeking a Senior Living Personal Care Coordinator to direct Wellness staff and oversee care delivery within our community. You will lead staffing, training, and administrative tasks while promoting 1440-driven care and employee engagement.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in administrative leadership, and the ability to navigate in-house systems like YARDI.

Qualifications

• Prior administrative and managerial support experience for a large staff.
• STNA, CNA, or Medical Assistant preferred; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a plus.
• Proven organizational and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems (e.g. YARDI).

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring process and onboard new Wellness staff for 1440 program.
• Approve bi-weekly payroll for the Wellness department.
• Create, maintain, and update staff schedules and Caregiver Task Sheets.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory training completion.
• Manage accounts receivable, contracts, and billing; coordinate with the finance team.
• Support the Wellness Director and maintain positive relationships with residents and families.
