Job summary

CorsoCare Personal Care at Independence Village of Plymouth is seeking a Personal Care Coordinator (Senior Living) to direct and manage Wellness staff, delivering hands-on resident care and fostering strong connections within the community.

The role requires administrative and managerial experience, with preferred STNA/CNA/Medical Assistant background and solid organizational and communication skills. In-house systems like YARDI knowledge is a plus. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Administrative and managerial support experience required.
• STNA, CNA, or Medical Assistant preferred; assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house systems (e.g. YARDI).

Responsibilities

• Interviews and hires Wellness staff and on-boards to 1440.
• Payroll administration: approves and processes (bi-weekly) payroll for the Wellness department.
• Schedules/Staffing: create, maintain, and update staff schedules and Caregiver Task Sheets.
• Training accountability: maintain training records; enroll new hires in CSIG U; complete state regulatory training by deadline.
• Accounts receivable, contracts, and billing: manage A/R, ensure contracts are signed, and liaise with finance.
