Qualifications

• 1+ years of office management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiarity with payroll and EHR/practice management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, client-first demeanor.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
• Ability to lead with professionalism and maintain a calm, positive office culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front office operations to ensure a welcoming client experience.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars for counseling staff.
• Handle client intake, insurance verification, and billing coordination.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Supervise and support administrative staff as needed.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, calls, and correspondence.
