Job summary

FLIK is hiring a Wellness Manager / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide nutrition and wellness support across the assigned region. The role implements corporate nutrition programs, ensures nutrition labeling and diet compliance, and supports both Airport Lounges and B&I locations.

Travel is 30% with a Monday–Friday schedule, and the incumbent will contribute to account retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN).
• Licensed by state Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five (5) years general Dietitian/Nutrition work with related business experience.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in nutrient analysis software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nutrition and wellness support for assigned region as an RD/Nutritionist.
• Implements corporate nutrition programs and supports quality assurance in labeling and diets.
• Supports both Airport Lounges and B&I locations and participates in account retention and sales efforts.
• Educates internal teams on protocols related to food allergies and special diets.
• Leads roll-out and maintenance of guest-facing nutrition communication programs.
• Engages with national nutrition team on activities, new programs and accounts.
