Job summary

Compass Group’s Flik Hospitality division in New York seeks a Wellness and Allergy Manager I to lead nutrition and allergen initiatives across assigned accounts. You will oversee education, audits, and client collaboration to ensure compliant, high‑quality wellness programs and guest experiences.

Requirements include RDN certification, potential state licensure, and FDA labeling knowledge. A Master’s degree and culinary/foodservice experience are preferred; Serve‑Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• RDN‑required and licensed dietitian where applicable.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Culinary/foodservice experience preferred; allergen labeling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive nutrition and wellness information for assigned account.
• Manage allergen management program and education for associates.
• Ensure compliance with FDA nutrition and allergy labeling laws through audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with on‑site managers to promote wellness goals and client satisfaction.
