Compass Group USA’s FLIK division is hiring a Wellness Manager (RD/RDN) to oversee nutrition and wellness programs across assigned accounts in the Washington DC area. The role requires an RD/RDN credential, licensure, and at least five years of Dietitian/Nutrition experience in business environments.

You will implement corporate nutrition programs, support nutrition labeling and allergy management, travel up to 30% for site visits, and lead internal training.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) and licensed where applicable.
• Five (5) years general Dietitian/Nutritional work with related experience in business environments.
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to present to guests, clients, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and nutrient analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nutrition and wellness support; implements corporate nutrition programs.
• Supports quality assurance in nutrition labeling, food allergies and special diets.
• Participates in account retention and sales efforts; travels up to 30% as needed.
• Educates internal teams on risk management of food allergies and special diets.
