Job summary

JGS Lifecare Corporation's Ruth's House is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) for the 4:00PM to 8:00PM shift. This part-time role offers meaningful resident care and opportunities to contribute to a compassionate, experienced team.

You will oversee nursing staff, monitor residents, follow physician orders, and maintain safety and quality of care, while communicating clearly in English and applying licensed nursing standards. Massachusetts license required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license or LPN
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting
• Ability to communicate fluently in English

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day activities, managing nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying nursing standards.
• Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.
• Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.

$32.00 - $36.00/hour, based on experience
Part-Time | 16hrs per week | 4:00PM - 8:00PM
