Job summary

Wellness Nurse – LPN or RN at JGS – Ruth's House is seeking a compassionate professional to oversee nursing care for residents. This PRN position offers $32.00-$36.00 per hour, depending on experience, with variable shifts.

You will lead nurses and CNAs, monitor residents, and ensure adherence to physician orders and standards of care in a long-term care setting. Must hold MA RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered MA RN license or LPN is required.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, manage nurses and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Take responsibility for residents’ nursing care, monitor conditions, follow physician orders, and apply nursing standards.
• Recognize and report changes in residents’ conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
