Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. You will monitor health changes, assist with medication management, and collaborate with families and care teams in a compassionate senior living environment.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and at least 1 year of experience in a clinical or senior living setting, with strong documentation and communication skills to ensure high-quality resident care.
