Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices and clinical compliance.

You will conduct wellness assessments, assist with medication management, communicate with families and care teams, and help maintain documentation in regulatory compliance. LPN/LVN license required; 1+ year in senior living preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
