Sunrise Senior Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. The role focuses on health assessments, medication safety, and regulatory compliance within a compassionate senior living environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN/LVN license with at least one year of experience in a clinical or senior living setting, strong documentation skills, and excellent communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness assessments and monitor resident health changes.

• Communicate with families, physicians and care teams.
• Monitor incidents, falls and follow-up care.
