Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. You will monitor health needs, conduct assessments and assist with safe medication practices within a senior living setting.

The role emphasizes care coordination with families and care teams, regulatory compliance, and ongoing staff training to uphold exceptional resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
