Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality within a senior living setting. You will conduct wellness assessments, support medication management, and communicate with families, physicians and care teams while monitoring incidents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong documentation, attention to safety, and teamwork to improve resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN/LVN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills required.
• Knowledge of medication administration and regulatory compliance.
