Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to monitor resident health, support medications, and ensure clinical quality. You will conduct health assessments, coordinate with families and care teams, and maintain regulatory documentation in a resident-focused environment located in Metairie, LA.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license with 1+ year in senior living or clinical settings, demonstrate strong assessment and communication skills, and contribute to infection

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• At least 1+ year of experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and clinical compliance.

Responsibilities
