Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs, and ensure safe medication practices. You will work with families, physicians and care teams to maintain high-quality clinical care.

The role emphasizes accurate assessments, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to overall resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
