Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality at our Raleigh location. You will conduct wellness assessments, monitor changes, and assist with medication management while upholding regulatory compliance.

You’ll work with families and care teams to coordinate care, monitor incidents and infections, and maintain accurate documentation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
