Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westlake Village is seeking a compassionate Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure safe medication practices.

In this role you will conduct wellness assessments, assist with medication administration and communicate with families and care teams, while maintaining thorough documentation and regulatory compliance. Join a team dedicated to clinical quality and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license is required.
• 1+ year of experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
