Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure safe medication practices in a compassionate senior living environment.

You will assess residents, coordinate with families and care teams, document thoroughly, and contribute to clinical quality initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• Experience in senior living or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
