Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to lead overnight clinical care and ensure resident safety. You will supervise care teams, manage medication administration, and maintain accurate documentation in a high-stakes overnight environment.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license in good standing, graduation from an approved nursing program, and at least 1 year in senior care or clinical settings. Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

What We’re Looking For:

Pay Range:

27.20 - 34.05
