Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to help protect resident health and support clinical quality. In this role you will conduct wellness assessments, monitor health changes, and assist with medication administration.

You will collaborate with families, physicians and care teams, maintain documentation, and participate in infection control and quality initiatives. A valid LPN/LVN license and at least one year of senior living or clinical experience are required.

Formación

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: 32.75 - 43.75
