Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to act as the clinical anchor overnight, ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, handling emergencies, supervising staff, and coordinating with physicians and families. Eligible candidates hold an active RN or LPN license and have 1+ year in senior care or clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

Pay Range:

28.35 - 35.55
