Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Worthington, OH is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) to support resident care and medication administration on site. You will follow physician orders, adhere to the six rights of medication administration, and utilize the eMAR system while providing compassionate, dignity-respecting care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately following the resident MAR to ensure medications are given according to physician orders.
• Follow the Six rights of medication administration and Bickford policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification and direction regarding resident medication administration and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed team members on shift.
• Model the Bickford Mission and support a positive, caring environment.
