Galerie Management is seeking a Wellness Nurse to manage resident care within the community. The role involves hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling Resident Assistants, CNAs, and CMAs while overseeing care plans and resident needs.

You will monitor conditions, alert the Wellness Director to changes, and address family concerns. Strong leadership, nursing administration knowledge, and compassionate communication are essential in this role.

Competenze

• Current active LPN license is required.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Plan and direct community operations per laws and Galerie Management guidelines.
• Coordinate with Wellness Director regarding changes in resident condition and incident reporting.
• Participate in Move In assessments and maintain care plans.
• Communicate with families through meetings, emails, and calls.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to optimize workflow and coverage.
• Assist in hiring, training, supervision, coaching, and discipline of clinical staff.
• Prepare and maintain staff schedules; be on call as needed.
