Job summary

Galerie Management is seeking a Wellness Director in Peachtree Corners, GA to ensure delivery of quality assisted living services, comply with state regulations, and serve as a clinical resource for staff.

You will interview, hire and lead nursing staff, conduct assessments, collaborate with physicians, manage budgets for staffing and clinical services, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and 2 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality resident care is delivered per guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, and medical professionals to promote quality care and independence.
• Interview, hire, train and lead nursing staff including CMAs and Resident Assistants.
• Conduct pre-admission, admission and quarterly assessments per policy.
• Provide on-call support for the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures governing clinical services.
• Plan and manage budget for staffing and clinical services.
