Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the clinical department in accordance with laws and Galerie Management regulations.
• Alert Wellness Director to changes in resident conditions; track incidents.
• Assist Move-In assessments as requested by Wellness Director.
• Communicate with families via care plan meetings, emails, and calls.
• Support families' social and emotional needs and encourage involvement.
• Monitor staff hours and staffing patterns to maximize efficiency.
• Understand and manage department budget affecting community performance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising clinical staff.
• Create and manage schedules; be on call as needed.
